Pelvic Floor therapy is a type of physical therapy used to treat conditions may weaken the muscles in the pelvic region. A referral from the patient's provider and insurance precertification is required before beginning treatment. Most health insurances, including Medicare, cover the cost of pelvic floor therapy.
