Pelvic Floor therapy is a type of physical therapy used to treat conditions may weaken the muscles in the pelvic region. A referral from the patient's provider and insurance precertification is required before beginning treatment.  Most health insurances, including Medicare, cover the cost of pelvic floor therapy.  For more information or to arrange a referral, call 870-262-1271. 

Treatment may include exercises to address weak core and pelvic floor muscles, manual therapy, down training of the pelvic floor, biofeedback, and electrical stimulation to help re-educate pelvic floor muscles to gain controlled contraction and/or relaxation.
