WRH Welcomes Specialty Providers

(Batesville, Ark) – White River Health (WRH) recently welcomed three new specialty providers to the Medical Staff this summer. New providers include Bernice Anderson, MD, Neurologist to WRH Neurology; Thomas Soehner, MD, Urologist, to WRH Surgery Clinic; and Elliot Taylor, MD, Pediatrician, to WRH Children’s Clinic.
Bernice Anderson, MD, Neurologist, is accepting referrals for patients at WRH Neurology. Anderson sees patients for neurological illnesses and conditions, including Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, epilepsy and seizure disorders, Parkinson’s disease, stroke care, and more. The clinic can be reached at (870) 262-6282 and is located at 1699 Harrison Street, Suite D across from White River Medical Center (WRMC) in Batesville. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8AM to 5PM and is closed from 12PM to 1PM for lunch. Anderson completed her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi and completed residency training in Neurology at Prisma Health in Greer, South Carolina.
Thomas Soehner, MD, Urologist, is accepting patients at WRH Surgery Clinic. Soehner sees patients for the treatment of conditions related to the kidneys, bladder, and urinary systems in men and women. Dr. Soehner utilizes the daVinci Robotic Surgical System and provides various urology services, including cystoscopy, vasectomy, and testosterone replacement therapy. The clinic is located at 501 Virginia Drive, Suite A, across from WRMC in Batesville and can be reached at (870) 698-1846. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8AM to 5PM and Friday from 8AM to 2PM. Soehner completed his Doctor of Medicine and residency training in urology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.
WRH Children’s Clinic is scheduling appointments for patients for Elliot Taylor, MD, Pediatrician. Dr. Taylor’s practice includes acute illness treatment, medical management for special needs, school and sports physicals, vaccinations, and wellness visits for pediatric patients. The clinic is located at 1700 Harrison Street, Suite N across from WRMC in Batesville and can be reached at (870) 262-2200. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, closing from 12:30PM to 1:30PM for lunch. Dr. Taylor completed her Doctor of Medicine and residency training in pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.
